چکیده

Alternaria brassicae is a necrotrophic fungus causes blight disease in oilseed mustard crop. There 47% loss of the crop due to disease. To control this disease, various chemical fungicides have been used till date which are harmful our environment. Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles synthesized from Terminalia bellerica reported significant antifungal potential against A. at 200 ppm concentration. In present study, effect green zinc (Tb-ZnO) nanoparticles, chemically ZnO and on has anticipated by analysing changes cytomorphology characteristics, biochemical constituent, stress enzymes brassicae. Cytomorphological studies transmission electron microscopy scanning shown complete disintegration cell wall, membrane, cytoplasmic content concentration Tb-ZnO nanoparticles. Decrement constituents activity treated confirm toxicity concentrations. Hence, basis all these results, mechanism action nanofungicides hypothesized study. This study confirms how inhibit growth suggested use nanofungicides.
